As a part-time Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for planning, booking and managing travel arrangements for prospects and clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will also work with our preferred suppliers and partners and access exclusive deals. To be successful in this role, you must have an industry experience, excellent communication skills and a strong knowledge of the travel industry, destinations and products. What You'll Do Book travel using the plethora of resources available to do so Collaborate with colleagues and our support team to ensure smooth operations and deliver a seamless customer experience Prepare document packets to be presented to clients prior to traveling Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients Accurately handle travel bookings and related administrative tasks Participate in ongoing training and professional development Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality Resolve client issues and concerns professionally and promptly, going the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction What You'll Bring High school diploma and at least two years' experience as a travel advisor Strong customer service and planning and organization skills; ability to manage time and meet commitments and deadlines within a fast-paced environment Ability to reliably work a consistent part-time schedule in our Villages/Lady Lake office Polished appearance and manner Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate verbally and in written form Proficient computer skills with experience in spreadsheet, word-processing, and email/calendar applications.
