Leverage extensive hotel and hospitality industry knowledge to suggest the best options aligned with client desires. Book and confirm travel arrangements accurately using reservation systems, ensuring all details are correct and timely. Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining ongoing client relationships. Stay informed about current travel trends, destination highlights, and special promotions to offer up-to-date advice. Promote additional services such as travel insurance, excursions, or upgrades to enhance client satisfaction and sales. Experience Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate options clearly. Demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse clients and deliver personalized service.
