Job Description

The Lead Group is looking for a Travel Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to support travel logistics and office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys managing logistics, coordinating schedules, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Responsibilities Coordinate and book business and personal travel (flights, hotels, transportation) Maintain organized travel itineraries and documentation Update and manage travel-related calendar details Partner with the Executive Assistant to resolve scheduling conflicts Track and organize travel expenses and receipts Support accounting with expense documentation Manage office supply inventory and ordering Coordinate team lunches and basic office logistics Support company events and internal initiatives Provide general administrative support as needed Qualifications Strong organizational and attention to detail skills Ability to manage multiple moving pieces and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle logistics and problem-solve as issues arise Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documentation, and systems Administrative, operations, or coordination experience preferred This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys operational work and wants to grow in an administrative or operations-focused role.
