Travel & Hospitality Partnership Coordinator BMORE Studio Baltimore, MD Job Details Full-time $3,000 - $3,500 a month 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Employee assistance program Employee discount Professional development assistance Flexible schedule Referral program Qualifications Program development Attention to detail Organizational skills TikTok Strategic partnerships Full Job Description About TikTok GO TikTok GO is a creator-driven travel commerce program that bridges short-form content and real-world bookings. We partner with hotels, destinations, attractions, and local experience providers across the U.S., connecting them with creators whose content drives measurable consumer action — not impressions, but actual reservations. Our work spans creator sourcing, campaign execution, and long-term destination partnerships, and we're expanding the team to keep pace with that growth. Position Overview The Travel & Hospitality Partnership Coordinator will support the development and execution of TikTok GO's travel and hospitality partnerships, creator programs, and external-facing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of business development and campaign operations — requiring both strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with partners, creators, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Travel & Hospitality Partner Development Support outreach and relationship management with hotels, tourism destinations, museums, parks, and local experience providers. Assist in structuring cooperation models tailored to each partner — from single creator activations to integrated, long-term influencer programs — and identify opportunities to embed creator content into partners' existing marketing strategies. Presentations & Partner Materials Develop and maintain pitch decks and supporting materials for partner meetings and proposals. Responsibilities include compiling creator case studies, incorporating campaign performance data, and ensuring all external-facing materials accurately represent TikTok GO's capabilities and results. Events & Creator Activations Coordinate online and offline events including creator visits, destination campaigns, trade show participation, and press trips. Manage logistics end-to-end — partner alignment, scheduling, on-site coordination — to ensure smooth execution and a professional partner experience. DMO & Tourism Organization Relations Establish and maintain working relationships with local, state, and federal tourism organizations and destination marketing organizations (DMOs). Identify and develop co-marketing opportunities, public campaigns, and destination-level creator collaborations. Creator Program Operations Coordinate with internal creator managers and external agency partners to oversee creator scheduling, on-site content production, and campaign logistics across U.S. markets. Compile post-campaign performance reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders. Creator Capability Packaging Support the development of partner-facing materials that communicate TikTok GO's creator network — content verticals, audience reach, and demonstrated campaign results — in a format accessible to partners across the travel and hospitality industry. Qualifications Located in Baltimore, MD (required) 0-3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, marketing, or a related field Prior experience in travel, hospitality, food & beverage, or destination marketing is preferred Working knowledge of TikTok and the creator content landscape Proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable in a fast-moving environment What This Role Offers Creator-led commerce is an emerging and fast-growing channel within the travel industry. This position offers direct exposure to partnership development, campaign execution, and creator operations — providing a strong foundation for a career at the intersection of travel, media, and digital marketing.
