As an experienced Leisure Travel Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Inside sales position selling tours, cruises, travel packages, international programs insurance and more.
• Collaborating with clients to determine their needs and advising on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, accommodations and cost
• Designing detailed itineraries
• Attending travel seminars to remain up to date with tourism trends
• Entering and maintaining data in ClientBase Requirements
• A passion for travel
• A great attitude and efficient work ethic
• The desire to be part of a collaborative, fun team
• Excellent phone and customer service skills
• Strong "people" skills and proven work experience as a travel advisor
• Excellent understanding of cruises, tour packages and FITs
• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
• Ability to sell international customized programs, tours and cruises
• Capable of managing a demanding workload, as well as following up with clients and providing a premium level of service
• Ability to multitask, assist where needed, maintain a strong attention to detail, resolve problems independently, and work well under pressure
• Impeccable listening skills, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team environment
