Lead and Grow a Trusted Travel Agency Established in 1973 Valley Travel has proudly served our community since 1973. For over five decades, we have built lasting relationships through personalized service, industry expertise, and a reputation for integrity. This is not a start-up. We have an established base of loyal past clients and a steady stream of incoming leads, providing a strong and reliable foundation for continued growth. We are seeking an experienced travel professional ready to step into a leadership role and independently manage the day-to-day operations. Client Relationships & Revenue Growth Manage and grow the book of business Serve established loyal clients and convert incoming leads Design customized leisure, luxury, corporate, and group travel Build long-term relationships within the local community Drive repeat and referral business Maximize commission revenue through strategic planning and upselling Build upon a respected brand that has been serving clients since 1973 Agency Operations & Leadership Oversee daily operations of Valley Travel Supervise and support other travel advisors Ensure accuracy of bookings, payments, and client documentation Deposit checks and manage incoming payments Maintain organized client records Improve systems and workflows to enhance efficiency and growth Represent Valley Travel professionally within the community Qualifications 2+ years experience as a travel advisor (required) Proven commission-producing track record Strong GDS or vendor platform knowledge Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable making independent decisions Leadership mindset with accountability Relationship-driven and community-focused Compensation Competitive base salary Commission based on commissions generated Uncapped earning potential Travel industry perks and supplier incentives If you are ready to lead, grow, and build upon a 50+ year legacy in the travel industry, we invite you to apply.
