We specialize in destination weddings, honeymoons, luxury all-inclusive vacations, Disney travel, and cruises. We are looking for a full-time Travel Associate to join our growing team. Position Overview This is a full-time, in-office role focused on client service, travel coordination, administrative support, and learning the travel planning business from an experienced advisor. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and excited about helping clients create memorable travel experiences. Responsibilities Answer phones and assist clients in person and by email Prepare quotes, confirmations, and travel documents Maintain accurate client records and communications Support travel planning and booking coordination Assist with events, marketing materials, and client follow-up Learn supplier systems and destination knowledge through training Help maintain strong long-term client relationships Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail and organization Professional, reliable, and comfortable multitasking Interest in travel and hospitality Ability to learn new software and systems quickly Preferred but not required: Experience in travel, hospitality, events, or customer service Familiarity with Canva or social media tools Knowledge of Disney, cruises, destination weddings, or luxury travel What We Offer Direct mentorship and hands-on training Career growth opportunities within the travel industry Access to Sandals, Beaches, Disney, Princess Cruises, and other world-class supplier training programs, certifications, and familiarization trip opportunities Supportive, team-oriented office environment Most entry-level positions in travel teach you a booking system.
