Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in the travel Agency. The ideal candidate will have a background in office administration and possess strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Familiarity with medical receptionist or dental office procedures is a plus
  • Korean and English should be fluent in writing and verbal
  • This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment where you can utilize your administrative skills and contribute to the overall efficiency of the office operations.
