Cruise Travel Agent (中文)

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a knack for data entry and office management. This role requires effective communication, both in English and potentially other languages, to assist our diverse clientele. As a Cruise and Visa Specialist, you will play a crucial role in booking, querying, and providing price quotes to our sales department. Additionally, you'll work closely with customers to complete and submit Visa applications at designated embassies. Duties Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize computer systems for various office tasks, including sales processing and inventory management. Assist in the organization of office operations to enhance productivity. Communicate effectively with clients and team members, leveraging bilingual or multilingual skills when necessary. Support sales initiatives by providing relevant information and assistance to customers. Communicate effectively with cruise companies to handle ad hoc and customer inquires Experience Previous experience in customer service or office environments is preferred. Familiarity with Excel, Word, and WeChat Comfortable with speaking
