Job Description

Job Description Flexjet is seeking an Owner Services International Coordinator to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our international owners and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. As an Owner Services International Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the logistics and coordination of international travel for our owners. This includes working closely with various departments to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
Your Responsibilities:
Coordinate international travel arrangements for owners, including flight bookings, accommodations, and ground transportation. Act as the primary point of contact for owners regarding their international travel needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all aspects of the travel experience are handled smoothly. Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements and owner preferences. Provide timely updates to owners regarding their travel itineraries. Assist in resolving any issues that may arise during the travel process. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to international travel. Participate in training and development programs to enhance service delivery.
Your Profile:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service or travel coordination. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and travel management software. Knowledge of international travel regulations and procedures is a plus.
