Prime Time Travel is hiring a full-time or part-time Travel Advisor to join our local boutique agency. This role is ideal for someone passionate about travel and ready to help clients plan unforgettable vacations. About the

Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused individual who enjoys researching destinations, building itineraries, and creating seamless travel experiences. While specialization isn't required, a strong interest or experience in beach destinations (Caribbean, Mexico, Hawaii, etc.) is a plus.

Duties/Skills Include:

Collaborating with clients to plan and book travel arrangements Researching destinations, accommodations, flights, and activities Working within client budgets to maximize value and experience Maintaining attention to detail to avoid booking errors Staying focused in a busy, active office environment Communicating confidently with clients and suppliers via phone and email Using computer systems and travel platforms throughout the workday Keeping client records confidential and organized Problem-solving and staying calm under pressure Willingness to train and grow knowledge of suppliers and destinations

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, preference will be given to candidates with: Travel planning experience (personal or professional) Familiarity with beach destinations and resort travel Excellent customer service and communication skills Previous travel agency or office experience Strong computer and research skills Typical work week is 8:30 - 5:00 Monday through Friday for full time. Pay starting at $14.00-$15.00/hour plus commission.
