Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Leisure Travel Consultant to assist clients in planning memorable vacation experiences. In this role, you will work closely with individuals, couples, families, and groups to design and coordinate leisure travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation packages. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and passionate about delivering high-quality service. You will guide clients through the planning process, provide destination recommendations, manage bookings, and ensure all travel details are accurate and well-coordinated from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand vacation preferences, budgets, and timelines Research and recommend destinations, resorts, cruises, and tour options Book and confirm travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and activities Prepare detailed itineraries and provide accurate travel documentation Maintain organized client records and booking information Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm services and resolve issues Provide timely support before, during, and after travel
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or travel industry preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple client bookings simultaneously Basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and web-based booking systems Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented work style High school diploma or equivalent required
