Description of Position:

Recruitment of physicians, providers and groups into the CHN PPO network in assigned territory. Represent CHN PPO externally delivering a professional and polished image. Develop and maintain good working relationships with participating providers/physicians in assigned territory. Solicit providers by telephone, in person or direct mail to discuss the benefits of participating in the CHN PPO network. Conduct orientation and other service visits to CHN PPO Participating Providers. Respond to provider inquiries by interfacing with Medlogix/CHN PPO departments to expedite resolution of these issues.

Qualifications:

Required Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook Good verbal and written communication skills Valid State issued Driver's License Preferred Undergraduate degree in a healthcare-related field. Thorough knowledge of NJ counties and cities, able to navigate throughout all of Central NJ Self-motivated and willing to accept responsibility. Meet deadlines and work well under pressure and take initiative to work independently.
