48 Xperience Xscape Travels is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Travel Coordinator to design and manage tailored travel itineraries for our clients. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their travel experiences are seamless, stress-free, and perfectly aligned with their expectations.
Core Responsibilities:
Research, design, and curate custom travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and needs. Coordinate and book all essential travel components, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and excursions. Maintain proactive, clear communication with clients throughout the entire planning process and during their trips. Keep accurate records of client documentation, confirmations, and billing information. Resolve any unexpected travel issues or schedule changes efficiently and professionally.
Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client timelines simultaneously. Previous experience in customer-centric roles or hospitality is a plus, But not required.
