In this energetic role, you will assist travelers in planning memorable trips, booking accommodations, and coordinating all travel arrangements. Your expertise in travel scheduling and hospitality will ensure every journey is seamless and personalized. This position offers the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, remote sales environment dedicated to creating unforgettable travel experiences. Knowledge of Worldspan or Galileo airline system is required. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and desired destinations Design comprehensive travel itineraries including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities Book reservations for hotels, airlines, car rentals, and other travel services with precision and attention to detail Provide expert advice on travel destinations, accommodations, and local attractions to enhance client experiences Manage multiple bookings efficiently while maintaining organized records of all transactions Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving any issues that arise during the planning process Stay updated on the latest travel trends, hotel options, and industry regulations to provide informed recommendations Qualifications Proven experience in sales within a remote sales environment or customer service roles involving travel planning Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously Knowledge of hotel operations, hospitality standards, and travel scheduling tools or software Excellent communication skills to clearly convey options and assist clients effectively Familiarity with travel destinations, airline policies, and booking platforms is highly desirable Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving Passion for travel and delivering outstanding customer experiences Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for exploration meets your talent for organization!
