This role serves as the primary point of contact for lodging coordination, hotel vendor relationships, travel records, and company credit card documentation. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Irving, Texas. Remote work is not available for this role. Key Responsibilities Coordinate hotel accommodation for employees working on project assignments. Book, modify, extend, and cancel lodging reservations as needed. Communicate travel details to employees and project teams. Maintain travel records, rooming lists, and lodging schedules. Manage hotel vendor relationships and resolve billing issues. Obtain and organize hotel folios, receipts, and supporting documentation. Assist with company credit card reconciliation by collecting and tracking receipts and expense records. Support Accounting with travel and expense documentation. Monitor lodging costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. Maintain travel logs, reports, vendor records, and related administrative documentation. Assist with rental cars, airfare arrangements, and other travel-related needs as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, travel coordination, hospitality, or a related field. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in construction, field services, hospitality, or project-based environments. Experience with employee travel coordination, expense tracking, and credit card reconciliation. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Compensation & Benefits $43,000-$45,000 annually, depending on experience. Full-time, Monday-Friday position.
