Responsibilities Lead guests safely through zipline courses, providing clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure confidence and enjoyment Maintain safety protocols by inspecting equipment, harnesses, and the course regularly to uphold the highest safety standards Deliver engaging public speaking to educate guests about the environment, wildlife, and the zipline experience in a lively and approachable manner Manage guest flow efficiently, coordinating timing to maximize group experiences while ensuring safety and adherence to schedules Foster a welcoming atmosphere by demonstrating excellent customer service, addressing questions, and assisting guests throughout their adventure Use leadership skills to motivate team members and support a positive, energetic work environment Communicate effectively with team members and guests in multiple languages (if applicable) to enhance inclusivity and understanding Qualifications Proven leadership skills with experience in guiding or instructing groups in outdoor or recreational settings Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public and engage diverse audiences Customer service experience, demonstrating patience, friendliness, and professionalism Ability to manage time efficiently while overseeing multiple groups or tasks simultaneously Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse guest population Teaching or instructional experience is a plus for explaining safety procedures and course details clearly Physical fitness to stand, walk, climb, and perform safety inspections throughout shifts Join us as a Zipline Tour Guide and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering safe, fun-filled adventures that inspire awe and appreciation for nature!
