Job Description

Exciting Opportunities at Antelope Kayak - Now Hiring 2026 Tour Guides Antelope Kayak offers one of the most unique and rewarding outdoor jobs in Page, Arizona. We specialize in guided kayak tours to the breathtaking Water Antelope Canyon, delivering unforgettable experiences on Lake Powell. Our team is built on energy, professionalism, teamwork, and a passion for creating five star guest experiences. We are currently hiring Tour Guides for the 2026 season. Compensation ranges from $20 to $30 per hour plus tips. We are seeking candidates with open availability for both part time and full time positions. Training is provided in house for applicants who have not guided before. Position Responsibilities:
Lead guided kayak tours on Lake Powell and through Water Antelope Canyon Deliver engaging, informative commentary about the area's history, geology, and significance Ensure the safety and well being of all guests at all times Lift and move kayaks, equipment, and gear, must be able to lift 50 pounds or more Manage groups of varying sizes while maintaining organization and timing Provide exceptional customer service to guests from diverse backgrounds, including families and international travelers Work outdoors in summer conditions while maintaining a positive and professional attitude Communicate clearly and confidently with guests of all ages
Qualifications:
CPR and First Aid certification required Must be able to swim confidently Previous tour guide or customer facing experience preferred, but not required Strong public speaking and group leadership skills Ability to stay calm, organized, and proactive in a fast paced outdoor environment Passion for adventure, hospitality, and sharing the natural beauty of the region Reliable transportation and punctuality
