• Conduct engaging tours for visitors, providing historical and cultural information
• Lead groups of varying sizes throughout tour routes
• Ensure visitor safety and satisfaction throughout the tour
• Answer questions and provide detailed explanations during the tour
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times Qualifications
• Tour guide experience and knowledge of Sedona Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse groups of people
• Strong public speaking abilities to engage and captivate audiences
• Time management skills to adhere to tour schedules and keep tours running smoothly
• Customer service-oriented mindset to ensure a positive experience for all visitors
• Leadership skills to guide groups effectively through tour activities
• Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required
