This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop skills in hospitality, event management, and guest relations while working in a vibrant resort or entertainment setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Operate and maintain arcade games and equipment to ensure smooth functioning Manage guest interactions, including resolving conflicts and addressing concerns promptly and professionally Oversee event activities, including game tournaments or themed events, ensuring smooth execution Handle cash transactions accurately for game tokens, tickets, or merchandise sales Enforce safety rules and monitor guest behavior to maintain a safe environment for all visitors Assist with food service operations when needed, including taking orders and serving refreshments Support public speaking efforts during events or announcements to engage guests effectively Collaborate with team members to ensure cleanliness, organization, and overall guest satisfaction Provide lifeguard assistance if applicable during poolside or water-based activities Requirements Proven experience in customer service or guest relations in a fast-paced environment Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively Experience with event management or coordinating group activities is preferred Knowledge of cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems Lifeguard certification or experience is a plus, especially in resort or water park settings Working with children experience to ensure engaging and safe interactions with young guests Excellent communication skills for public speaking and guest engagement Background in hospitality, food service, or theater is advantageous for creating lively atmospheres Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods while maintaining high energy levels This role offers an energetic environment where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
