Duties Lead engaging and well-organized tours, ensuring all guests receive a captivating and educational experience. Manage group dynamics effectively, ensuring safety and comfort for all participants throughout the tour. Answer questions from visitors confidently, providing additional context and personalized recommendations. Coordinate logistics such as timing, route planning, and handling unexpected situations smoothly. Foster a welcoming environment by demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills. Utilize multilingual or bilingual abilities to accommodate international guests and enhance their experience. Qualifications Proven experience in public speaking, teaching, or guiding groups in a tourism or educational setting preffered Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse groups confidently. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable. Demonstrated customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Effective time management skills to adhere to schedules while maintaining flexibility. Passion for sharing knowledge about history, culture, or local attractions. Ability to adapt presentations to different audiences and handle unexpected situations professionally.
