The Field Community Senior Director serves as a strategic relationship leader between the company and its independent distributors in the field. This role is responsible for strengthening the distributor community, supporting field leaders, and ensuring consistent communication between the field and the home office. The Field Community Director champions distributor success by building trust, facilitating collaboration, and representing the voice of the field within the organization.Responsibilities :
What you ll be doing: Field Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with top leaders, emerging leaders, and distributor teams. Act as a trusted advisor and support resource for field leadership. Foster a positive, collaborative, and engaging distributor community. Field & Corporate Liaison Serve as the primary communication bridge between the field and the home office. Gather field feedback, concerns, and ideas and communicate them to internal leadership. Translate corporate initiatives, policies, and strategies clearly to the field. Community Engagement & Development Support the growth and development of field leaders through communication, recognition, and collaboration. Facilitate leader roundtables, advisory councils, and feedback sessions. Help build a strong culture aligned with company values and mission. Field Support & Issue Resolution Identify field challenges and partner with internal departments (sales, marketing, compliance, operations) to resolve them. Ensure timely responses to field inquiries and concerns. Monitor field sentiment and proactively address issues. Events & Field Interaction Participate in company events, conventions, and field meetings. Support regional trainings, leadership gatherings, and recognition programs. Represent the company in the field when necessary. Strategic Input Provide leadership with insights on field trends, challenges, and opportunities. Assist in shaping initiatives that improve distributor experience and retention.Candidate Requirements:
5+ years of experience in network marketing / direct sales or field leadership roles. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities. Experience working with independent distributor networks. Ability to travel for field events and leadership meetings. Strategic thinker with strong listening and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, presentation (PowerPoint) , and public speaking abilities. Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills .Additional Requirements:

Candidates must be able to reliably plan, execute, and complete travel within required timeframes and represent the organization professionally while on the road.Public Appearance and Speaking:
This role requires strong stage presence and public speaking ability.Candidates must be able to:
Deliver clear, engaging presentations to live audiences of varying sizes. Participate in on-stage events, panels, and media or recorded appearances as needed. Represent the organization and its brand professionally in public forums, respond to audience questions, and adapt messaging in real time.
