This role combines the excitement of crafting personalized travel experiences with the essential support of business operations. As a key contributor, you will design engaging, memorable tours in LA tailored to diverse client preferences while also assisting with administrative and business development tasks. Your energetic approach will help us deliver exceptional service and grow our brand presence in the travel industry, being active on Social media is a must. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in both tour planning and business management within a lively, supportive environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their travel desires, interests, and budget to craft customized tour itineraries that excite and inspire. You must be active on social media, and promote the business on social media accounts. This will involve being on camera to show tours etc. Support marketing efforts by creating promotional materials, updating social media platforms, and engaging with potential clients online. Another key aspect will be creating partnerships with Hotels and Airbnb owners, to help promote getting our advertising into their establishments. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms to effectively liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members. Creative mindset capable of designing engaging travel experiences that meet diverse client needs. Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude while also thriving in a collaborative team environment. Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities or client requests during the planning process. Prior experience in travel planning or hospitality is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
