Come be a crucial part of our tour crew!

Responsibilities Assist tour guides in leading groups through designated routes or attractions, ensuring smooth flow and engagement Provide information about the site's history, features, or natural environment in an enthusiastic and clear manner Ensure visitor safety by monitoring group behavior and enforcing safety guidelines at all times Support setup and breakdown of tour equipment or materials before and after tours Answer visitor questions promptly, offering helpful insights to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of tour areas, including rest stops or equipment storage Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately to supervisors for prompt resolution Skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences with enthusiasm Strong interpersonal skills to connect with visitors and team members effectively Ability to stay active outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions Attention to detail in following safety procedures and maintaining organized work areas Flexibility to adapt to different tour schedules and group sizes as needed Prior experience in customer service, guiding, or outdoor activities is a plus but not required Reliable, responsible, and eager to learn about the site's features and history Join us as a Tour Hand and be part of creating inspiring journeys that captivate visitors while enjoying a lively work environment!
