Immersive Experiences? Palace Games is seeking exceptional candidates to host our high-end, immersive escape rooms at the Palace of Fine Arts! Game Managers are responsible for greeting guests, introducing and managing the game flow, and resetting the room between reservations. Game Managers must be able to quickly gauge the needs of each group and tailor the overall experience to best suit each team. This is a very hands on position: previous experience in face to face customer service, ideally assisting or guiding groups, is a plus. Palace Games is looking for hosts with these skills: Polite, kind, energetic, with a sense of humor, and willingness to improvise Ability to actively multitask between technology, storytelling, and great customer interaction Strong customer service skills and punctuality are a must Extremely friendly, engaging and patient with guests: from groups of "tweens" to CEOs Experience hosting or assisting with puzzle / game nights, interactive experiences or Escape Rooms desirable Interest in games, puzzles, history and/or technology a plus Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and nights, Friday through Sunday until 11 pm
