San Francisco Tour Guides (Local Residents Preferred) Are you passionate about San Francisco and enjoy meeting people from around the world? Dylan's Tours is seeking energetic, engaging, and knowledgeable individuals to join our team as Tour Guides and Drivers. This is more than a driving position—it's an opportunity to create memorable experiences for visitors while showcasing one of the world's most iconic cities. CDL is preferred but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, tourism, entertainment, bartending, public speaking, or other guest-facing roles are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Lead small-group tours throughout San Francisco, Muir Woods, and Wine Country Deliver engaging commentary and create memorable guest experiences Share your knowledge of San Francisco's history, culture, neighborhoods, and hidden gems Provide exceptional customer service to visitors from around the world Represent Dylan's Tours with professionalism, enthusiasm, and authenticity What We're Looking For Strong familiarity with San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area Excellent communication and public speaking skills Outgoing, personable, and comfortable interacting with groups Ability to think on your feet and adapt to different audiences Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences Valid driver's license with a clean driving record While we can provide training on tour content and company operations, we're looking for individuals who naturally enjoy connecting with people and creating memorable experiences. Compensation $25/hour- Standard License Drivers $30/hour
