Job Summary Join Triple G's as a Jet Ski Attendant and Tour Guide, where your enthusiasm and leadership will create unforgettable aquatic adventures for our guests! In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, enjoyment, and satisfaction of all participants while showcasing your excellent communication and customer service skills. Your energy and expertise will help deliver exhilarating jet ski experiences that leave a lasting impression. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine outdoor fun with guiding visitors through memorable water excursions. Duties Greet guests warmly, provide safety instructions, and ensure all participants understand operational procedures before jet ski rentals or tours begin Lead engaging, informative, and safe jet ski tours along scenic water routes, sharing interesting facts and local highlights to enhance guest experience Monitor jet skis during rentals and tours, ensuring proper handling and adherence to safety protocols at all times Assist guests with equipment setup, troubleshooting minor issues, and demonstrating proper jet ski operation techniques Maintain cleanliness and organization of rental equipment and safety gear to ensure a professional appearance and optimal safety standards Communicate effectively with guests in multiple languages if applicable, providing clear directions and responding to questions confidently Enforce safety regulations rigorously, including wearing life jackets, respecting water traffic rules, and managing guest behavior to prevent accidents or injuries

Qualifications Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong leadership skills with the ability to confidently guide groups while maintaining safety standards Excellent public speaking and communication skills to clearly convey instructions and engage guests of all ages Proven customer service experience with a friendly, approachable demeanor that fosters positive interactions Effective time management skills to coordinate tours efficiently without compromising safety or guest satisfaction Previous teaching or instructional experience related to water sports or outdoor activities is a plus Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions Join us in delivering thrilling water adventures while showcasing your leadership and communication talents!
