Job Description:

We are seeking energetic and passionate individuals to join our team as Seasonal Glow Paddle Crew. As a Glow Paddle Crew, you will be responsible for sending out kayak tours and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will be working in a fast-paced and exciting environment, where you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and make a positive impact on our guests' experience.

Responsibilities:

Conducting kayak tours during evening hours Ensuring the safety and well-being of guests Providing exceptional customer service to all guests Maintaining and cleaning kayaks and equipment Assisting with the preparation and setup of tours Communicating effectively with team members

Qualifications:

Passionate about kayaking and outdoor adventures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends First Aid and CPR certification preferred but not required
