Duties Lead engaging and informative tours for groups of varying sizes, ensuring a lively and educational experience. Share compelling stories, historical facts, and cultural insights tailored to different audiences. Manage tour schedules efficiently, maintaining punctuality while adapting to unforeseen circumstances. Answer questions from participants with clarity and enthusiasm, encouraging active participation. Ensure the safety and comfort of all guests throughout the tour by adhering to safety protocols. Coordinate with team members to prepare tour materials and maintain equipment or presentation tools. Foster a welcoming environment by demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience Proven experience in public speaking or guiding groups in cultural, historical, or educational settings. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse visitors. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage groups confidently and professionally. Excellent time management skills to keep tours on schedule while maintaining quality interactions. Exceptional communication skills to clearly convey information and engage audiences of all ages. Teaching experience is a plus, enabling you to present information in an accessible and engaging manner. Demonstrated customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
