You will work closely with the Expedition Leader and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of our expeditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Expedition Leader in planning and executing expedition activities Lead and participate in shore excursions, hikes, and other activities Conduct presentations and lectures on various topics related to the expedition Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Maintain a clean and organized ship, including guest cabins and common areas Assist with meal service and other onboard duties as needed Monitor and report on wildlife sightings and other notable events during expeditions Participate in emergency drills and procedures as required Act as a liaison between guests and the ship's crew, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise Continuously strive to enhance the guest experience and provide feedback to improve operations

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cruise or hospitality industry Strong knowledge and passion for the destinations and activities offered on our expeditions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing situations First Aid and CPR certification is preferred Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Additional language skills are a plus Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Flexibility to work long hours and irregular schedules, including weekends and holidays
