Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Jet Ski Tour Guide to lead exciting water adventure tours for visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for outdoor activities, and the ability to engage diverse groups of guests. This role involves guiding tours, ensuring safety on the water, and providing memorable experiences that showcase the beauty of our location. Multilingual and bilingual abilities are highly valued to enhance guest interactions and accessibility. The Jet Ski Tour Guide will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while demonstrating leadership and teaching skills. Responsibilities Lead guided Jet Ski tours, ensuring all participants follow safety protocols and guidelines. Provide engaging commentary about the local environment, history, and points of interest during tours. Assist guests with Jet Ski operation, safety instructions, and riding techniques. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Manage tour schedules efficiently, ensuring timely start and end times. Address guest questions and concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Enforce safety regulations throughout the tour to prevent accidents or injuries. Monitor weather and water conditions to ensure safe tour operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of tours and overall guest satisfaction. Experience Prior experience in outdoor guiding, water sports, customer service, or teaching is preferred. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage groups of varying sizes. Excellent public speaking and communication skills to effectively engage guests. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele. Demonstrated time management skills to coordinate tour schedules effectively. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining professionalism and safety awareness. Experience operating personal watercraft or boating is a plus.
