Employees assist with customer check-ins, safety instructions, equipment preparation, dock operations, and maintaining a clean and organized rental area. Main Responsibilities Greet customers professionally and provide excellent customer service Explain rental rules, safety procedures, and operating instructions Assist customers with life jackets and safety equipment Prepare, inspect, fuel, and clean jet skis before and after rentals Monitor dock and water activity for safety Help customers safely launch and return jet skis Complete rental paperwork, waivers, and ID verification Handle payments and reservations when needed Report damages, maintenance issues, or accidents immediately Maintain cleanliness of the dock, office, and equipment areas Follow all local boating and water safety regulations Essential Skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to swim confidently Basic boating or jet ski knowledge Ability to remain calm in emergency situations Teamwork and reliability Attention to safety and detail Ability to work outdoors in hot weather conditions Physical Requirements Lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs Stand for extended periods Work in sun, heat, wind, and wet conditions Assist customers on docks and in water when necessary Safety Requirements Employees must: Wear proper safety gear when required Enforce all safety policies Stay alert around docks and watercraft Understand emergency response procedures Never allow unsafe operation of equipment Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience Boating or water sports experience CPR/First Aid certification Valid driver's license Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred in Miami) Work Environment Outdoor marina or beach environment Fast-paced during weekends and holidays Team-oriented atmosphere Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays Employee Expectations Employees are expected to: Arrive on time and ready to work Maintain a professional appearance Treat customers respectfully Protect company equipment Prioritize customer safety at all times Represent the company positively on and off the water
