Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Knowledge of local attractions and activities in various ports of call is an asset Fluency in multiple languages is an asset
