Job Description

Tijon Fragrance Lab - Pensacola offers a unique and interactive opportunity for guests to craft their own custom perfumes. As a Fragrance Consultant, you will lead (host) classes and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong organizational and customer service skills to maintain a high standard of luxury and engagement. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented with a passion for hospitality, retail, and creative experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Perfume Workshops :
Lead clients through the perfume creation process, explaining the different fragrance families and helping them select and blend scents to craft a custom perfume.
Client Interaction:
Provide personalized, high-quality service to each guest, ensuring a welcoming, fun, and educational environment.
Fragrance Consultation:
Offer expert advice on fragrance notes and combinations, ensuring that each guest leaves with a scent they love.
Workshop Setup:
Prepare the lab and materials for each workshop, ensuring all tools and ingredients are ready for use.
Sales and Product Knowledge:
Promote Tijon's retail products (perfumes, skincare, candles, etc.), helping customers select products that match their preferences.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels of raw materials, bottles, and other supplies, and assist in reordering when necessary.
Marketing and Events:
Assist in hosting special events, VIP experiences, and corporate team-building workshops. Help promote these events to drive business.
Qualifications:
Customer Service:
1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury or hospitality setting.
Sales Skills :
Experience in retail or sales, with the ability to upsell products.
Creativity and Communication:
Strong communication skills with an ability to engage and educate clients, making the workshop a fun and informative experience. Attention to
Detail:
A meticulous eye for detail, particularly when helping clients craft personalized fragrances.
Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
Weekends Only. You must be available to work Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Atmosphere:
Fun, creative, and interactive with a focus on luxury service.
