Impact A Collaborative and Flexible Environment Position Summary:

2nd Swing is seeking a highly skilled Tour-Level Club Fitter to join our in-store team of golf experts. This high level position involves executing high-performance, one-on-one fittings using Trackman, Quintic, and Foresight systems to provide tour-grade equipment recommendations and sales. The ideal candidate brings over a decade of experience directly supporting touring professionals through OEM design or tour-trailer operations, offering an unrivaled technical mastery of equipment specs and a deep understanding of the elite player's needs. Full-Time roles are available with a primary focus on weekend availability (Friday - Monday) .

Responsibilities:

Work one-on-one with guests to ensure a positive and personalized club fitting experience. Create a welcoming, professional, and hospitality-driven atmosphere for every customer. Operate Trackman launch monitors to gather data throughout the fitting experience. Maintain expert knowledge of current equipment, fitting technology, and industry trends. Support and mentor fellow fitters to uphold 2nd Swing's fitting standards and best practices. Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends. Success oriented and engaging personality.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years working with Equipment at a Tour Level (fitting/OEM/design) 5+ years of Sales and Customer Service experience Prior club fitting certifications, preferably Ping Academy, Titleist University, or Trackman University certification. Active PGA Member, preferred not required. Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technology 10+ years working with Equipment at a Tour Level (fitting/OEM/design) Prolonged periods of standing and bending Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds

Compensation:
