Business Manager & Innkeeper

Ahoy matey! We're a pirate themed hotel in the heart of America's oldest city (St. Augustine, Florida). Our place is goofy, fun, and kid friendly! You'd be the captain of the ship, so your job will be to make sure the crew and guests are smiling and happy and safe! They're on vacation so usually they are already smiling and happy anyway :) Anyone can be a pirate - it's okay if you aren't big on theme, so long as you like humans. Your boss is a great teacher and willing to train all the skills that you'll need. No uniform required, we're really a laid back place. The role comes with free lodging: a private bedroom and mini kitchen for your accomodations. The bathroom is down the hall and shared with the crew. There's also a full size kitchen, common room, and patio on site for all guests and crew. Your quarters are not fancy or swanky, but you can see palm trees and the historic district from your windows. The pay is a base salary around 45k per year, plus a monthly bonus based on revenue, bringing the expected pay up to around 60k total per year or more. Free lodging and 60k per year? For the right person, yes! You'll be running the place and training the crew, so you'll need people skills and the ability to live where you work. Our next opening begins June 30th, however we will have future openings depending on the season so apply for a future spot even if your summer is already booked. We like to plan ahead!
