From thrilling boat rides to eco-tours and private charters, we're passionate about providing fun, safe, and memorable excursions for visitors and locals alike. Overview We are seeking energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Crew Members and Guides to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead exciting watersports activities, ensure guest safety, and deliver exceptional service that keeps our guests coming back for more. Whether guiding tours, assisting with equipment, or engaging with guests in multiple languages, your enthusiasm will help create unforgettable moments on the water. Duties Lead and facilitate a variety of watersports activities such as parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat rides, and eco-tours. Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to guests to ensure safety and enjoyment during all activities. Communicate effectively with guests in multiple languages or bilingual capacity to enhance their experience. Maintain safety protocols by inspecting equipment, monitoring guest behavior, and responding swiftly to emergencies. Engage with guests through public speaking and teaching moments to educate them about watersports safety and local marine life. Manage time efficiently to coordinate multiple tours or activities throughout the day while ensuring high-quality service. Foster a fun, energetic atmosphere that promotes teamwork, leadership, and guest satisfaction. Requirements Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly preferred to assist diverse guest groups. Strong leadership abilities with experience in guiding or instructing groups in an outdoor or aquatic setting. Excellent communication skills for engaging guests and providing clear instructions. Prior customer service experience in hospitality or recreational activities is desirable. Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable speaking publicly and teaching new skills to individuals or groups. Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities related to watersports for extended periods.
