Responsibilities Lead engaging and lively guided tours for groups of visitors, sharing captivating stories about local legends, haunted sites, and historical mysteries. Use strong public speaking skills to entertain and inform audiences of varying sizes and backgrounds. Maintain a lively, energetic presence that keeps guests motivated and excited throughout the tour. Manage time effectively to ensure tours start promptly and run smoothly within scheduled hours. Address guest questions with clarity and enthusiasm, providing additional context or historical details as needed. Ensure guest safety by monitoring group behavior and adhering to safety protocols during all activities. Collaborate with team members to improve tour content, incorporate new stories, and enhance overall guest experience. Qualifications Must be 21+ Excellent public speaking and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Previous experience in guiding tours, teaching, or performing in front of groups is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage groups confidently. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Effective time management skills to coordinate tour schedules efficiently. Passion for history, storytelling, or paranormal topics is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
