Job Description

The Ximenez-Fatio House Museum, one of St. Augustine's top attractions, is looking for a friendly, customer-service-oriented individual to join our team! This part-time position requires availability on Fridays , with the possibility of an additional weekday shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and assist with tour and merchandise sales in the museum shop. Lead guided tours of our 228+ year-old house. Assist with cleaning, daily walk-throughs, and general museum upkeep. Support special events when available (hours may adjust accordingly). Help with research and other museum projects as needed.
Requirements:
Must be available to work during the summer and holiday season. Comfortable being on your feet during busy times. Friendly, welcoming attitude with excellent customer service skills. Willingness to learn and confidently give tours. Interest in working evening hours during October for our Mortality & Mourning Tours.
