3-4 months Travel State(s): Tennessee, Kentucky, Kansas, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, Texas,Schedule:
12 weeks (about 3 months) of deployment; the weeks of 3/30, 4/27, 5/11, 6/1, 6/15, 6/29, 9/7, 9/21, 10/12, 10/26, and 11/9. Description Identify problems, inventory legacy devices, and any other tasks assigned by the team, including but not limited to the deployment preparation, setting up the hardware, and environment. The candidate will deploy iMobile devices (iPhone) at the customer sites. The candidate will work with the Team Lead on the Facility Tech Refresh Project in a hospital. The candidate must 100% commit to the schedule. The candidate should have no travel restrictions on travel to the travel states. The candidate will travel on Sunday and be on site on Monday morning and return on Friday as per the deployment schedule. (This schedule may vary due to the site requirements) The candidate should be comfortable working in a hospital environment. The candidate will be compensated for the time during the deployment weeks only. The gaps between deployments will not be compensated. Client will book the candidate's travel and accommodation. Other travel costs will be reimbursed as per Client's Travel Policy. The candidate will be entitled to claim per diem for a full workday. The work schedule may require after-hours and weekend work as needed. The candidate will go through a credentialing process, which will require a flu vaccine, drug screen, background check, TB test, etc. The credentialing expenses will be paid by the Client.General Requirements:
Working experience in a hospital environment is a Plus Follow instructions and directions from the team leader and the designated chain of command with any process or procedural queries Always present themselves in Business Casual. Jeans, tennis shoes, hats, etc., are not allowed Work in a team environment, displaying commitment to professionalism and punctuality Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills, and a Can-Do attitude Experience in working at a high-profile client site Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and expediently, while maintaining the highest quality standards Zero tolerance policy for being late and/or leaving early Must be fluent in EnglishTechnical Requirements:
Basic knowledge of the iPhone operating system Professionalism and exceptional customer service skills Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel Possess knowledge of the deployment of end-user devicesPhysical Requirements:
High physical endurance: stand, squat, and walk long hours; no physical ailments (foot, ankle, knee, back, etc.) Lift up to 50 lbs. Additional Compliance requirements for this client Answers to questions that have been asked: Are they traveling to all the mentioned states? The Project encompasses visits to all the states, but not all will visit each state. Candidates don't have to be solely in the states listed, but obviously, strong candidates in the right location will win over someone we have to fly in. Given the fact that we need 10 resources, we recommend submitting them to anyone interested. We can reject the ones that don't make sense. Ideally, it won't be feasible to travel a resource based in Florida to the West Coast; however, we can consider it as a last resort. Job description says experience in a hospital environment is a plus. Are the resources expected to work within a hospital environment? The hospital staff will take the resource's temperature daily to grant access. If a resource experiences any COVID symptoms, he/she must immediately report. Selected candidates will go through the credentialing process, including background check, TB test (proof), Drug Screen, Flu Shot (proof), COVID Vaccine (proof), HIPAA, and Compliance training This is 11 weeks of work over 6 months, and we want them to commit just for the deployment weeks. However, if a strong candidate is interested in full-time travel, they could potentially support other projects in the 0 weeks. The candidate will be assigned to one of the teams and will travel to the sites/states as per the team assignment.Travel and Reimbursement:
If the resource has to fly, they will bill the flight time + 1 hour If the resource is driving their own vehicle to the site, they will get paid for the travel time and the mileage (as permitted by Client PM). Techs will receive /day per-diem Will the client be paying for the hotel expenses or will it be taken out of their daily per diem? Clients will cover the hotel cost The technicians who won't be working won't be getting paid between the weeks of the deployments.Work Schedule:
Workdays/hours/ max hours per week: Will vary (some starts 6 am local, some later) Night work: Possibly, but not likely Weekend work (yes and frequency, or no): Possibly OT eligible?
