Duties Lead guests through zip line courses with clear instructions, demonstrating proper safety procedures and equipment use Ensure all safety protocols are followed meticulously before, during, and after each ride Provide engaging commentary about the surrounding environment, wildlife, and course features to enhance guest enjoyment Assist guests with harnessing and gear fitting, ensuring comfort and security Manage guest flow efficiently to maximize safety and minimize wait times while maintaining a lively atmosphere Address guest questions and concerns with professionalism, fostering a positive experience Conduct regular inspections of zip line equipment and course areas to uphold safety standards Skills Demonstrated leadership skills to guide groups confidently and handle unexpected situations calmly Strong public speaking skills to clearly explain safety procedures and course details enthusiastically Excellent customer service skills to create welcoming, memorable experiences for all visitors Effective time management to coordinate guest activities smoothly in a fast-paced environment Clear communication skills for instructing guests and collaborating with team members Teaching experience or the ability to educate guests about safety practices and environmental features is a plus Must be able to lift 75lbs Must be able to fulfill all aspects of the job Must be at least 16yr or older Must have a reliable mode of transportation
