We are now accepting applications for a full-time friendly, knowledgeable, Japanese bilingual Tour Guide(s) to join our amazing team! Looking for outgoing, positive, energized individuals to help lead our Boat (dolphins, turtles), Nature and/or Circle Island Tours! CDL licensed drivers who can drive & guide start at a higher hourly wage. We are a multi-tour company looking for an outgoing, respectful, safety-conscious, and fun-loving tour guides with excellent customer service skills to part of our Ohana. We are very passionate about providing high-quality customer service with an abundance of Aloha for our guests. Tour Guide duties include (but are not limited to):
- Good physical condition and safety skills
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to speak well in front of a large crowd
- The ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Strong teamwork and ability to communicate well with guests and other staff.
- Trustworthy with handling money, cash, checks, and credit card payments.
- Dependable with equipment and merchandise.
- Must be able to perform tasks on various electronically operated devices such as iPad, Computers, Credit Card swipers, WIFI routers, etc.
- Other duties as they arise
