Job Description
Job Overview Coral Crater Adventure Park is seeking enthusiastic, safety-focused individuals to join our Dirt Bike Guide team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with people, and sharing their passion for motorsports. Guides are responsible for ensuring guests have a safe, fun, and memorable experience while learning to ride and enjoy our electric dirt bike track. Responsibilities Conduct safety briefings and explain riding procedures Assist guests with fitting helmets, goggles, and protective gear Teach basic riding skills to beginner riders Lead and supervise guests during dirt bike experiences Monitor rider safety and enforce park rules Perform pre-ride and post-ride inspections of dirt bikes and equipment Assist with basic pit bike maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep Charge batteries, swap batteries, and ensure bikes are ready for the next tour Assist with staging, organizing, and transporting bikes and equipment Report maintenance or safety concerns to management Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the guest experience Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Reliable and punctual Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Dirt bike, motorcycle, ATV, bicycle, or powersports experience preferred but not required Mechanical aptitude is a plus Must be available to work weekends and holidays Ideal Candidate Positive attitude and strong work ethic Enjoys working with people Safety-conscious and responsible Team-oriented Comfortable riding and handling dirt bikes Interested in learning basic maintenance and operations Schedule Part-Time Approximately 15-30 hours per week Weekend availability required Benefits Employee discounts Advancement opportunities Paid training Fun outdoor work environment Work around electric dirt bikes and motorsports every day
