This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about motorsports and enjoy engaging with people in a dynamic, outdoor setting. As a Tour Guide, you will represent our brand by delivering safe, informative, and memorable tours for riders of all experience levels. You will play a key role in ensuring guest safety, providing clear instruction, and creating an enjoyable and professional environment throughout each tour. This is a paid position offering the opportunity to combine your enthusiasm for motorsports with your communication and leadership skills. Key Role/Responsibility Lead guided ATV and dirt bike tours, demonstrating proper riding techniques and safety procedures Instruct guests on equipment use, trail guidelines, and environmental best practices Ensure all participants wear appropriate safety gear and adhere to established safety protocols Provide clear, supportive guidance to riders of varying skill levels to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience Manage tour timing and logistics efficiently to optimize guest satisfaction Communicate effectively with guests; multilingual abilities are a plus Address guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and deliver exceptional customer service Qualifications & Experience Prior experience in motorsports, outdoor recreation, or tour guiding preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to instruct and engage diverse groups Excellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Experience in training, coaching, or teaching in an active environment is advantageous A genuine passion for motorsports combined with a friendly, professional demeanor Why Join Us? Pay:
