A positive attitude, engaging smile and above-average presentation skills with the ability to sell without high-pressure tactics are the requirements. Training is provided so your current knowledge about coffee is irrelevant. The ability to work joyfully, independently, and drama free is key. I repeat...joyfully, independently, and drama free. Exact duties include working the register accurately, stocking the inventory, light cleaning, interacting with a constant flow of guests from all over the world, and leading tours of the farm according to our script and policies. Beautiful outdoor workspace, 5th generation family farm, and lots of coffee. Part Time / Full Time, will need to work weekends and through the holidays. However we are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.
