Job Description
Surfing Goat Dairy, located in Upcountry Maui, is growing and looking for Retail Associates and tour guides to support its expanding Agritourism business. Purchased 3 years ago, the new ownership has made continuous improvements to the business, which was recently awarded "Top 10% of things to do world wide" by Trip Advisor.
Duties:
- Engage with customers to provide a positive experience
- Guide (training provided) casual farm tours for guests
- Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions with products including our farm tours & experiences
- Operate the Shopify sales and fair harbor reservations systems effectively and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store
- preparing cheese plates, limited food service tasks, and supporting and restocking of merchandise
Requirements:

- Strong personal skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Experience in food service and tourism is preferred

- Excellent customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
