This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership, public speaking, and customer service talents while guiding guests through one of the most breathtaking destinations. This jobs pays the minimum $130.00/day + Tips / Gratuity. Duties Lead guided tours around the island's key attractions, sharing captivating stories and cultural insights in Filipino languages such as Tagalog or Ilocano Engage audiences with energetic narration, ensuring all guests feel included and entertained throughout the tour Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, ensuring safety, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for diverse groups Manage tour schedules efficiently, maintaining punctuality while adapting to unforeseen circumstances with professionalism Educate guests on local history, traditions, and environmental features using clear communication skills and teaching techniques Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and uphold high standards of guest experience Maintain tour equipment and materials, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Requirements Fluency in Filipino languages such as Tagalog or Ilocano; multilingual skills are highly preferred Strong public speaking and storytelling abilities with a lively, engaging delivery style Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse audiences and convey information clearly Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage groups confidently and responsibly Prior experience in customer service or guiding tours is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for passionate learners Good time management skills to adhere to schedules and ensure timely departures and arrivals Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels and professionalism Join us if you're passionate about sharing your culture, leading memorable adventures, and creating unforgettable moments for visitors!
