Our Tour Manager is responsible for:

• creating top in class tour experiences for our guests
• best relationships with our business partners
• exceptional team culture with our tour guides and others who work for our company Most tours are walking tours where you will be expected to walk approximately 6 to 9 miles per day in a variety of weather conditions (hot, cold, warm, rain, sun, etc.

) A little more about the role: Our ice cream Tour Manager leads fun, engaging public and private ice cream tours as well as manages a team of tour guides. This includes hiring, training, scheduling, and creating fun delicious experiences. In addition, you will be responsible for relationships with partners, vendors, and additional businesses. You see yourself leading the best experience for guests, tour guides, and business partners which includes a variety of tasks to meet the goals of the role. The person selected to join us will start as a part-time W-2 employee with potential to move to full time as the company grows. Compensation:

$20 to $40 per hour includes base plus performance bonus and gratuity.
