Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily guided tours and tasting experiences, ensuring each guest enjoys an interactive and informative visit. Represent the brand with expertise and enthusiasm, sharing your passion for our product. Deliver high-end hospitality from greeting to departure, exceeding guest expectations in all interactions. Support event set-up, ticket/reservation processing, on-site retail functions, and logistical needs for guest experiences. Handle retail and ticket sales, including drawer activation/reconciliation, restocking, and inventory tasks. Maintain brand standards for the visitor center and ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
You MUST have prior experience as a tour guide and in a retail environment. High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate required. At least 2 years in retail sales, hospitality, food, or customer service . Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Flexible schedule availability, including weekends. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work in active, changing environments. Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
