Position Overview As a Guide, you will serve as a key member of the recovery process, acting as the first point of contact for our guests. Through empathy, professionalism, and personal experience, you will model recovery and assist guests in their 12-step journey, fostering a new way of life. Key Responsibilities Lead 12-step meetings and guide guests through the 12-step process. Share personal experiences to connect with and support guests in their recovery. Transport guests to external meetings, court appearances, and doctor's appointments. Maintain accurate records of meetings and activities. Ensure guests adhere to program rules and report any violations. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality care. Perform nightly to-do lists during overnight shifts while remaining awake throughout the shift. Provide flexibility by covering additional shifts as needed, even beyond 40 hours in a pay period. Actively work your own program of recovery. Requirements Commitment to working a personal program of recovery. Strong understanding of the 12-step process. Ability to connect with guests empathetically and professionally. Flexibility to work various shifts and willingness to adapt to the organization's needs. Must pass a drug screen.
